We marched over the rotten lands,
Where the final war had taken place,
We heard but only the Silence,
A feeling of pain, endure in our every steps...
We stand alone in this grave, new world
Forever haunted by our longing for hatred,
Killing the weak to appease our needs,
And to keep fighting as we know best...
Several winters endured through fire and death,
Those plains, once, the beauty of creation
The cradle of ancient beliefs and sacred brotherhoods,
All tear down for the darkness to reign anew.
It all came to this,
The abortion of procreation,
We want no more to subsist,
Than killing to exist...
Frightened and abandoned through a world in pain,
Trying to hook to the tribe, you once came from.
The path of destiny remains uncertain, still...
We keep following an obsolete road to a valley...
And we wait,
Until the truth is exposed,
And we live,
Until something else, gets us closer again...
We stand alone in this grave new world
Forever haunted by our longing for hatred,
Killing the weak to appease our needs,
And to keep fighting as we know best...
And to keep fighting!
And to keep fighting!
Listen to the stars,
They'll guide you to the further,
Where pain is none,
Where life begins...
Listen to the stars,
They'll enlighten you to the beyond,
Where death is none,
Where the blade is might
People all around you are not trustworthy,
To survive is to go hide alone...
They'll try to take you down your righteous path
Take the blade and punish those who dare.
People all around you are trying to feed on you,
To survive is to go hide away
They'll try to take your life for their own survival,
Take the knife and bless them with death
DEATH!!!
Several winters endured through fire and death,
Those plains, once, the beauty of creation
The cradle of ancient beliefs and sacred brotherhoods,
All tear down for the darkness to reign anew.
Listen to Nature,
Its beauty hides the purity,
Through its roots,
Ages past away,
Answer its call,
And embrace the life as you picture it,
And face the truth
With your opened heart
Life is just the beginning,
Death is the end of servitude
We stand alone in this grave new world
Forever haunted by our longing for hatred,
Killing the weak to appease our needs,
And to keep fighting as we know best...

A Pagan black metal masterpiece.
Folk and black metal elements fuse into one extremely catchy and awe inspiring album. This band does not disappoint from all the high praise sent it's way. Abyssius Murkraken

I'd say Havukruunu is the rightful holder of the Crown and the mantle of Quorthon. Epic choirs, vikingesque themes and tales from the other times, of the Finnish paganism back in the days before our ancestors were brought to the cross and forced to kneel while feeling the bloody sword of saviour on their throats made to kiss the hand of murderers who burnt thousands, tore down our holy places and took our holy days. Eyes teary I listen to these songs, never forgiving the crimes of the cross! Peikonmieli

Late 90's BM worship, but it's also a lil more than that. This album takes the best elements from the scene it's inspired by and mostly avoids the worst of it; the song-writing is well-written, it's performed with passion and fun, and the production is raw but isn't lo-fi. (i.e. it doesn't obfuscate and/or suckass).
Tl;dr It's safe but high quality BM. Recommended. Rabbit
