In the fields they grow,
In the fields they lie,
The dead are rotting…
A barrier throughout the skies,
Blocking the sunrays
To enter the fields of Silence
In the fields there’s no light,
In the fields it’s hollow,
Only the braves dare trespass…
In the fields the smell is putrid,
Only the dead await the rebirth
And then, she came…
Shattered… and confused…
She walks the plains…
To forget her sorrow
She is still in pain…
To forget, a past so hurtful…
And then she came,
To end the loneliness
As she resigns her will to survive,
She goes through ancient battleground,
She’s searching for a place to end it,
So she could have faith one more time,
Her soul has lost more than she could be,
So the lands stays tainted by evil.
Her strength upholds the balance,
So the dark land stays always hidden
Hidden!
All the magic, and fantasies, caring away the beauty of ancient
Forgotten… long gone… ancient times
All the battles and tragedies, caring away the dead and forgotten,
Warriors of a time forgotten…
All the sculptures and remains, caring away every sense of pride,
The world is no longer living…
(this land is) Dead
As we are gone and long forgotten,
We the soldiers, who fought bravely,
We conquered all possible horizons,
And now vanish to the fields of Silence
To rest in peace eternally and beyond,
We know someday we’ll be coming back,
It’s just a matter of time,
Before she comes and liberates us again!
And liberates us all!
Again!
Her beauty, ravaged by time…
Her will, shattered by reality…
Her strength, displaced in morality…
Her fear, dissipated in the mist…(echoes till end)

A Pagan black metal masterpiece.
Folk and black metal elements fuse into one extremely catchy and awe inspiring album. This band does not disappoint from all the high praise sent it's way. Abyssius Murkraken

I'd say Havukruunu is the rightful holder of the Crown and the mantle of Quorthon. Epic choirs, vikingesque themes and tales from the other times, of the Finnish paganism back in the days before our ancestors were brought to the cross and forced to kneel while feeling the bloody sword of saviour on their throats made to kiss the hand of murderers who burnt thousands, tore down our holy places and took our holy days. Eyes teary I listen to these songs, never forgiving the crimes of the cross! Peikonmieli

Late 90's BM worship, but it's also a lil more than that. This album takes the best elements from the scene it's inspired by and mostly avoids the worst of it; the song-writing is well-written, it's performed with passion and fun, and the production is raw but isn't lo-fi. (i.e. it doesn't obfuscate and/or suckass).
Tl;dr It's safe but high quality BM. Recommended. Rabbit
